About the Role
Your role will be to create and deliver an integrated business strategy which enables the school to achieve its vision and objectives, through providing the appropriate infrastructure and support services within the school and its wider community.
As a member of the Trust’s leadership team, you will have responsibility for the strategic business leadership of the school, ensuring that the School Development Plan is underpinned by a sustainable financial plan and monitored via agreed success criteria.
With line management responsibility for business services you will create and embed an operating model that delivers a range of school support services in the most effective and efficient manner.
This will include providing leadership, direction and management for the Facilities, Finance, HR & IT teams, which develops both individuals and teams to deliver improved services more efficiently through working collaboratively.
You will develop a network of external partners which will be active in supporting entrepreneurial activities through collaboration and partnerships, in a manner which is inclusive and sensitive of a range of stakeholders.
Responding to the fast-changing education landscape, you will effectively manage change in a variety of situations, whilst carefully managing risk and ensuring compliance in all areas.
